I have to direct you to the build section for the pics (rudy's 72 450 cafe' build)
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5440&start=10

My intent is to attach the baffle to the head pipe and slip the muffler over it.
The baffles is 7" long and I closed the ends off. The mufflers are 12"
I'll be running UIN air filters.

I'm wondering if I'll need bigger jets in the carbs.
I doubt excessive back pressure will be caused. Once the baffles heat up they will open back up if needed. They bend easy now.

I'll bet they are LOUD!!
How did you fit them to the head pipe?
My clamps and pipe sizes are not a good match.
