Electrical Issues

So the problem now with my 1970 CB450 is the electrical. Its weird because it seems like that when I use one application another dims to Dosent work at all. The example I'm experiencing is when I have the headlight set to high beam and my kill switch position set to on the turn signals don't work at all but when I turn the headlight off the turn signals work but are very slow. When I have everything (headlight and kill switch position set to off) off the turns signals work normally. Thought it was the regulator rectifier but I swapped it out for a new one and still and experiencing the problem.

The left back turn signal also doesn't turn on at all for some reason could be related to this problem but not sure
