Vintage Brake is a good reference but remember that he is dealing mostly with racers who are using their brakes differently than we do normally.
It's been years since you posted this. I am hoping that you see this message. I need to replace my sons 1981 Honda CM400C front dual piston brake caliper. Which calipers that you listed will fit? Greatly appreciated.Reviving old topic, but same questions more or less. Found seemingly conflicting info within this thread & between others (if I'm understanding parts lists correctly and other's successes/failures with interchangeability)... Here are current parts for my prospective setup, but I think other folks could benefit from additional clarification too:
