Hey out there, I'm new to the forum, but have been riding/working on Honda twins for a little while. I recently picked up a 75 CL360 that I'm working on. In attempting to remove the rear wheel I struggled and eventually decided that the drive chain has no master link. Anyone have any suggestions for removal?

Use a Dremel to grind down a couple of the pins flush with the plate - then they'll punch right out....

Well, there's probably some 'official' way, but if it were mine, I'd pick a link, any link, and grind the two pin 'buttons' that stick out beyond the link's side plate and pop off that link. Remove the chain and throw it away. Immediately purchase a normal master-link type chain. Sorry, but to me, there's just no way in the world to justify an 'endless' chain on an ol' Honda 360...

*edit* you know, I've been beaten to the punch by a minute or two on posts probably a dozen times in the last day or two... :lol:
