1971 cb175 barn find, does this clutch lever look right? see pics, my problem is the clutch will not disengage, I have both left and right crank case cover off, on the left everything moves ok, ball bearing is there, on the right took the clutch apart and it mics out to brand new. but the lever bottoms out on the grip before it disengages the clutch, either its bent or not original. what do you think?

It does appear to be bent (cause it's too straight:!:) but you need to start out by ensuring the cable is properly adjusted.

It's clearly the wrong lever, it doesn't fit the recess in the switch gear.

Furthermore, it is from the wrong side ( a brake lever ), fitted upside down.

Shouldn't stop the clutch disengaging though ….

thanks, have correct levers on order, the brake lever was also wrong. I think the cable is way out of adjustment, so hopefully with the correct lever and correct cable adjustment I can get it to work.
