First post here! Got a Honda gasket kit for this new to me CB450 I bought. Didn't rev clean unless I supplement with the choke. Anyway as I am taking apart to clean everything I notice the air screws. One look like the schematic but the other one doesn't. Different year carb? I try to look it up by year but the diagrams alway show the same type stepped screw. the thread is the carb are matching each screw and otherwise the carbs seems identical. The only difference is the carb with the o-ring screw has a 130 main and the other a 145. This bike is all stock except the 2 into 1 (not hacked up at all). Any feedback? I am curious.

That's a late and early type of mixture screw.
Early is probably pre 1972

Stepped type is K6/K7, usually with a 145 main.

Tapered type is early models, usually with 130 main.

You probably have carbs from two different models.
