mine feel a little squishy.
so which do I really need ?
or do I need it all ?

90601-369-000 RING, OIL SEAL STOP
91254-413-881 DUST SEAL, FR. FORK

Ring, oil seal stop depends on the condition of yours. If it's good no need to replace, rusted/corroded=replace
As for the rest of it I'd use all of those. Fork seals and dust seals are available from All Balls Racing. Also you will want to check the spring lengths against the specs in the FSM. Use 10W fork oil instead of the ATF spec or Honda's 7-8W fork oil for a slightly stiffer front shock action

That's the worst I've heard of so far but not terribly surprised. 10W fork oil seems to be the best choice, a tad stiffer than stock at 7-8W. 15W is about as stiff as you will ever want

Well. I got one of them apart.
The other. The 14mm bolt on top rounded off under the impact.
Options here ?
Aprox cost to go to bobs and pull another used one.
Or drill it out. With a die grinder ?

Yeah, even if you successfully grind it out you have to find a replacement nut. I think I'd look for another one first.

No, not broken. the slit is there to allow the 'ring' to expand.
