My tachometer has been acting up so I wanted to see if anyone had one for sale. Red line is 10,000

The mechanism was whining very loudly and it ended up vibrating one of the small faceplate screws out. The needle was also all over the place. Checked my cable and it’s properly lubed and functioning correctly. I took the tach apart last night and tightened all the screws up and put it back together. It seems to be working now but sill makes some noise.

No I didn’t really mess with anything internal other than tightening up all the screws. I honestly didn’t really know what I was doing and didn’t want to mess up anything further by chance.

Alright thanks! Mine is holding up so far for now, we’ll see how it goes. May still pick up another tach for a spare.
