I you want to cruse all day at lower RPM. Should i go -2 back or -1 ?
Will I have to change the chain?
Are there any recommendations on the rear gear manufacturer and chain?
There have been a number of discussions about this, more advice than I can squeeze into an answer here but, in general, you might best achieve your objectives by going to a smaller rear sprocket, one or two teeth. Don't expect a higher top speed (possibly even lower) and do expect noticeably poorer acceleration.
