Hi All- I seem top have a fair amount of oil leaking from the top of the crank cover ( see attatched photo) Is replacing this gasket as easy as it would appear? Any special knowledge I need to know other than: Drain Oil>Remove cover> Clean> new gasket and sealant> Reverse ?

Thanks for any tips!

I think that's pretty much it. I'm a bit new to working on these bikes and I've only had my side cover off once last year, but I believe you have to remove the exhaust from that side, the kick starter maybe the foot peg. You may also have to remove the clutch cable so that you can get in there well to clean the gasket surfaces. Also may as well clean out your oil filter while you're in there!

Fit the gasket dry, sealant is NOT required.

Honda cases fit together properly, it's not a Brit bike or a Harley ...
