Hey guys! Took my right case off the engine to adjust my balancer tensioner.

Looked at my clutch lifter and remember someone saying to put a washer behind the lifter piece to remove some of the slack before touching the clutch, thereafter give more adjustment on the cable which is at the max at both ends (New cable by the way).Is it something you recommend or leave it alone since my clutch doesn't slip and shift properly?

If nobody knows if it's a solution that is ok to do or not you can always shorten your cable. Here is one video that might help you:

what do you mean exactly when you say this??

Yes learn how to solder on a nipple, or research "distance piece" that will slip over cable inner via "slot" and effectively increase the length of the cable outer.

Since the clutch cover is off for balance chain quadrant adjustment ( its adjustable on its shaft as you know ) ; where is the DOT by the way when adjusted ; take the opportunity to clean /flush out the sump floor, kick start oil trough and clutch basket finger inner surfaces that act like a centrifugal crap trap.

How is the clutch hub slotted nut and you have a peg spanner for that?

Absolutely no washer should be used with the lifter piece.
