Have a clicking noise coming from the clutch area of my 500T, most noticeable when hot and idling very noticeable when a screwdriver is held against the top of the clutch cover and ear. I pulled the clutch cover and find the rivets that hold the clutch basket to the driven gear is slightly lose on the rivets.
I wonder how common this problem is. Anyone else had the same trouble and is closing up the rivets is all that is needed to fix the problem?

I didn't hear any noise from mine (but my pipes are louder than stock), but I found the rivets in my clutch basket to be loose when I pulled the clutch cover to repair the shift detent last year. I had a couple of spare baskets so I just used the one I had with tight rivets, but I suppose you could peen the rivets to see if they would tighten up
