I have just assembled my bomber bottom end and find that there is about .060 thou (1.5 mm) end play (in and out) in the shaft the clutch mounts on. The manual does not give a value for end play on this shaft, can anyone tell me if this is excessive? Allan

Hi,

Where did you measure the play ?
If the play means that your clutch can move 1,5 mm it is not good.
I answered another post of you today regarding a wining sound in the transmission, maybe these things are related to each other ?
