Sort of. You have to basically disassemble the entire tach (there is a ring around the bottom underneath the chrome trim ring that you can carefully bend up to access the inards) to be able to access behind the glass. It is time consuming but can be done. There is a sticky about gauge disassembly in the miscellaneous discussion for 350's. Unfortunately it looks like the pictures no longer link right but the step by step instructions on how to get it apart are still there. I thought there was another one but I can't seem to locate it now.
