Hi all, I have a CB350 that at some point had a CB450/500 front end put on it. Ive been trying to find a black aluminum rim for it but im having trouble tracking one down for a 40 spoke hub. 36 holes are easy to find but no luck on the 40! I know I can have one made but Im trying to avoid that cost. Does anyone have any suggestions other than just have my 19" 40 hole steel rim powder coated... or have an excel or sun rim drilled? Would a 36 hole hub swap work!? Thanks!

Powder coating, or painting (which I prefer) would be your cheapest and easiest option. If you want an aluminum rim, find one off a CB750 A Hondamatic.

Have you tried Buchanan's wire wheels? The Sun line is available in Black anodized. $$$
