I don't know what the measurements are either, but my understanding is that the Honda bushings wear rather quickly and can distort the swing arm bolt and its holes in the frame.
I am on the SOHC4 forums and "Hondaman" there does complete rebuilds of swing arms using bronze bushings for the four cylinders. He doesn't sell the bushings separately, but instead measures up your bolt and swing arm and machines the bushings to those tolerances.
So my guess is that you'd have to measure your bolt and the place where it goes. But I'm definitely not an expert in this particular matter.
