I can't confirm it, but it's valuable info if true....
In case anyone needs the discontinued muffler-to-pipe gasket for the left pipe on a CL350, you can substitute part # 18391-438-306. It's a perfect replacement, but you need to have all of the old gasket removed from the throat of the muffler, or the new gasket won't go in. And that might be easier said than done. I had to use a carbide burr to even make a dent in the residue. Use silicone grease on the gasket, pipe, and in the muffler throat, and it'll fall right together.
