I seem to have been a bit rough removing the old 30 plus year old shoes.
The springs got a bit jacked and none of the shoes I've seen for sale (at least fronts) come with new springs.
Anyone have springs or a heads up to where I can find some, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

Both sets of shoes I've bought in the last year (Vesrah and EBC) came with springs despite not mentioning them. I'm not recommending Vesrah, the shoes I bought were terrible (weren't square to the drum, made the backing plate deflect sideways when the pedal was pushed and had NO stopping power as a result) but they did come with new springs

Thank you for the info. These were both front sets?
If so I'll get a set of EBC's on the way. I've used their pads in the past with good results, but haven't had a bike with drum brakes since I was kid :)

yeah many of them show springs in the adds, but the reviews I've read on fronts and some of the fine print have all said you
need to reuse the OEM springs.

Thank you very much for the offer. I know they are different at least as far as part numbers go.
