Now I have a good example of the correct shade of red for my extra tank, and side covers. I've planned on having a "convertible" since I picked up a N.O.S. tank last year.
I had repro decals made by some folks I met at Mid-Ohio.

The buyer of the red bike got a deal IMHO. And the brown bike with the small faring is gorgeous. My CB450 is that brown color ( or close if not the same ) and I like it. Gotta admit that if I was buying a new one it would have been red but seeing as how mine has decent paint with just the right amount of patina it will stay brown.

I picked up a brown one not too long ago for the same price in pretty much the same condition. Fun bikes. Can't wait til the sun comes out so I can get her up and running.
