www.cmsnl.com in the Netherlands may be your cheapest alternative depending on customs/import duties to Poland.
Not all CB450SC models are the same, there were brake changes in 1985 and 86 and I believe one California only change. What year and country is your model?

Finally I have found following set which should fit my front brake; https://www.ebay.com/itm/1982-1985-...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Moreover I have bought new EBC PA90 brake pads and HEL steel braided brake hose. When everything arrive I will rebuild my brake. Currently bike waits in garage for "new brake".
Meanwhile I will work on carburetors.

I found it. Very useful. This is old stuff, thus I find every day some issue. My plan is to recover brake, carbs, valve adjustment, new fuel hose, new tires and new oil in dampers. Of course all new filters etc.. i made first day. Next other elements to Make Nighthawk Great Again

I just installed the same kit on my CX500(I have same caliper as you on it) and brakes are working great.
