If I remember, I drilled the old pin out, found a carriage bolt that fit the hole. Ground the rounded back flat with my grinding wheel. Knocked the square off the pin with a file and cut the threaded part about a 1/16" longer than it needed to be.
Put it all back together and gently mushroomed the pin. Then test fit for clearance and filed or sanded accordingly to fit after that.
