Greetings,
New to the world of vintage Hondas and I'm looking to pick some of your guys' brains about refurbishing and repair. To start, I've got a CB450 K6 that had a rear drum brake that was completely seized. I was trying to be careful with removing it, but the inner rim of the cover that seats into the hub chipped (15mm across and maybe 5 deep). I cleaned the inside out, and now when I put the cover back on it doesn't fit snugly and rotates freely. There's not much lateral play, but I'm wondering if it's trashed now or if that's the expected behavior. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
Cheers
