Fuel spillage. Every time the tank is removed the fuel lines spill gas as does the crossover line. It sits gthere and eats away at the clar coat or paint and yellows etc.

That's to bad, it's certainly a great looking bike. I'm hoping to have my 450 look that good when it's done, unfortunately I won't be able to reproduce the style classy style that tank offers.

It just goes to show you don't do this kind of work to make any money. I'll have over $3400 in mine (including the $600 purchase) when I'm done and that doesn't include any labor.
