Turned out better than I expected it to! Still a work-in-progress, but at least she runs now thanks to you guys.

Next steps:
1. Pamco e-ignition
2. Rear-set installation
3. Maybe some mikunis?
4. Fiberglass seat/low profile battery
5. ???

Wow those look great. Yeah I think I'm going to go with bar ends on this one.

Also I just purchased new stock coils from siriusconinc as per another thread here. I'll update on the installation when I can! Thinking switching out the pods to something that allows more air flow as I'm running rich at all rpms. Would velocity stacks be a good alternative (aside from the stock air boxes)?

Just checked out the thread, looks like a pretty straightforward and simple modification to improve performance of the pods. Thanks Xmigo.

Picked up a set of OEM coils from siriusconsolidated, will report back with installation and performance when I can put them on!
Also might need to play around with fuel mixture as the plugs are getting dry fouled (I believe a symptom of rich mixture?). Currently running 38/150, will adjust air screw, reset float heights, and possibly throw in a 145 main in the mix.

Haven't gotten around to installing the coils; its always a pain to drain the tank to remove it, if anyone has any tips for that they would be greatly appreciated. Old coils seem to be running well anyways. Rear brake actuating arm broke and the connecting rod bent so that's my next project. Looks like I'm out of commission for at least a week

Installed Velocity stacks and new fork cap bolts. Stacks seem to be pulling well at high rpms, bogs a bit at low rpms but idles great. Will be doing some carb tuning this weekend and pictures to come!

Received the incorrect part for my brake issue after waiting for 10 days... Still out of commission...
