So it turns out I am missing a couple parts on my CB450 carbs that are on my 360.

Judging by the pictures in the "1965-77 450 & 500cc Twins Service Manual", the carbs on my bike are the 4-Speed Keihin 14C and 14E

On my right (as if you were sitting on the bike) carburetor I am missing the Choke Valve (circular plate like part mounted on a shaft) along with the 2 screws that are used to mount it. I only have the shaft, which just slides around in the slot in the carb body.
I am also missing the "connector" piece that translates the choke position from the left carburetor to the right one on the shaft specified above. I spoke with GB about this and he guessed that maybe the PO removed it because of CB450 to CB360 interference issues in mounting. I would like to try and rig this back up just to see if it will work.

wow I forgot I posted this. Anyway, now that my bike needs to be choked, I decided to make my own "missing" parts out of sheet metal that I got from ACE hardware. I saved a ton of $$$ and it works pretty well too!
