They would fit physically and they are Cb500T with the air cut valve on the side, but I'm not sure if the Venturi size would work on a 450
I've included the pages in the 500T manual explaining what the Air cut valve does.

Here is the spec for the 14C which was the most used carb for the K0 out of interest. There was a 14A & B which were quickly superseded by the 14C
