Hi guys, wondered if you can help here. Have asked this before I know, but am a bit of a loss here and don't want to continue without some advice. Am fitting the jugs, have used genuine o rings, but an aftermarket (D&K) gasket. The jugs just don't seem to fit down singly enough and I have a gap (see attached pic). Should the jugs sit down nice and tight at this stage against the gasket? Or will the gap tighten up when everything gets torqued down? I've checked the o- rings are in their grooves. Something just doesn't feel quite right. Thanks as always cheers

350 guys will be along with guidance, but, DO NOT TORQUE THAT DOWN. Something ain't right.

So I have found the problem - operator error. Stripped jugs off and rechecked.There's a old set of orings already in there, ?..my bad.

Admit your mistakes and learn from them !
