what's the quality of these rims and spokes you see on ebay? anyone ever tried them?

Made in Japan,... I'd worry if they were Chinese made. but they're not....
Gotta be better than the rusty spokes you have....
"offer" less ($45 or $50) and see what happens.......

Just a heads-up, ask seller to send you detail pics of the rims. I painfully found out the rims sold in Tailand and China have serverely poor chrome! They looked nice in photos but really were lacking when they arrived. I sold my poor set to a guy who was needing a rim set to run around town. danWI

I'll second that on the Chinese chrome rims....

That's why you should splurge and get shouldered alloys! :twisted:

You can find them off of old Yamaha XS650 and 750's. I got some used filthy ones for $30. I'm in the process of cleaning them up now. If you buy them new they could cost around $110-200 Each!
