The front sprocket on my '73 CB350 wiggles a bit on the shaft. Is this ok? The bolts holding the sprocket are tight and the sprocket looks in good condition. Thanks.

A little side to side movement is normal - it allows the chain to self-center with the rear sprocket.

Ok, I noticed the rear sprocket wiggles a bit side to side. Is that also normal? Thanks.
No, it's not. The bolts that hold it to the brake drum fit into rubber bushings, which should be tight, and nuts should be tight against the sprocket. To keep the bolts from sliding out of the bushings in the drum, there should be a large circlip keeping the sprocket tight against it.

The nuts holding the rear sprocket are tight. The circlip is there but there is a little side to side play.

How much is a little? Are the bolts moving in the bushings? They do harden and wear over time, and may need replacing. Or, the sprocket is a little thinner than stock, and the circlip doesn't fit as close to it as stock.

The rear sprocket moves side to side only a millimeter or 2. Looks like the large washer held by the circlip should be a bit wider.
