we built the motor as an AHRMA racer about 15 years ago.... all the toys, no flywheel, cdi iginition, big bore, flowed heads megacycle etc....
chassis already had double leading shoe front brake and had be stripped of all extraneous tabs, brackets, stands, etc
then owner tore an ACL and couldn't kick it or race and the bike sat in his garage untouched for 12 years
so we set about converting the bike into a street legal cafe racer.
welded side stand back on frame, created a custom wiring loom, relocated battery and electric needed under seat, took motor back to 10:1 compression with a milder cam and returned it to electric start full charging system
added a cb360 tank with knee dents, upgraded fork internals to CB750 DOHC specs
added digital tach/speedo combo
repainted frame, tank & seat in Honda Silver/Red livery
now the original owner has a nice cafe racer for sat?Sun am play rides
