Hello folks,

Just managed to reassembled back my cb200 engine, and just curious about the engine temperature, despite there are possibly other things causing that, is oil is really flowing to top-down?

What is the best practice to check this?

Sorry if it has been discussed, since I couldn't find it here, nor maybe I didn't find it hard enough :) ;)

thx

And presumably with the engine running, slackening the rear right hand head nut should see oil gush out at that point ?

( One oil feed to head on 200, unlike the 175 with two feeds )

We have used both methods on our CB200 and I prefer the head nut way only as it is easier to see. It does take a while if you are manually turning the engine over rather than using the starter so be patient.

Head nut? the top cover you mean? Okay, that also easier if you have the torque wrench.

thx for the advice
