I know, I know - why bother, right? Well, I just want to try some head porting, and this is what I've got to try it on.
I was told by an experienced Honda head porting guru to:
"First thing is streamline the guide boss and guides. Be careful as the spring base is close to the port roof. Cut down the short side a bit and flatten the floor as it approaches the seat. You don't want much radius on the short side as it hits the seat (the opposite of car intake ports basically). Deepen the pocket behind the intake guide to increase the radius. On the exhaust streamline the guide boss a bit."
Does anyone have any pictures that may shed some light on these procedures?
