Hi All,
anyone have a scrap 360?
I need frame with title to get at least one of mine road legal.
I bought 4 in Pennsylvania several years ago before I knew how difficult it would be to get titles.
I have bill of sale but not from original owners.
They were purchased in New York by guy I bought them off, don't remember what he told me exactly but there was something weird about NY motorcycle licensing in 1970's (not licensed as vehicles or something?)
Anyway, anything in any condition, but must have clean title.

I'm near Orlando Florida

66sprint, saw your reply to the 350 question/want ad. I understand exactly where your coming from.
In Britain is easy to get new titles, call police, they send stolen metal person to check frame/engine numbers, apply for title with DVLA, done. 2~3 weeks later, new title
I had bike stolen (in Britain) earlier his year, current 'owner' can ( and has, that's how police 'found' it) apply for title because I don't have time or cash to fly back for court case (police have no interest if they can't prosecute)
I didn't know USA would be so much different and so difficult which is why I'm looking for a 360 in any condition

I guess in FL you have to have a title reguardless of how old it is? Here in ga anything 1985 and older doesnt have to have a title to register it. Ive never used this service http://www.its-titles.com/ but ive read from lots of other people on other forums have used it with good success. Ive even seen it used to get new titles for bike that were originaly "off road use only". So they could make them street legal. It may be another option for you if you cannot find another frame with title.
