CL350, left carb sometimes keeps flowing gas out the overflow. Other times it runs for 100's of miles with no issue leading me to think the float level is fine and the tube is not cracked.

Other than a bit of crap in the seat, what else should I be looking at to replace or repair?

Thanks

Crash

Do your have inline gas filters on your carbs? My experience with intermitent overflow, is trash particles in gas, ie. rust! What does the inside of your gas tank look like?

If the fuel filter is old, replace it, pulling the carb is a great idea. Look in the bottom of bowl for grains of sand, rust, trash . Look for anything that would have held float needle open temporary.
Hows the tank look on the inside, if its rusty, you need to clean it. And i would put a liner coating on the inside. Then you will have less headaches.
