There are some engine differences, (mostly a single carb) and the frame/bodywork are different.... Most of it would be just looking and making educated guesses....
I DO have the Parts manual for the 1968 CA/CD 175, CB 175, and CL175 which are almost identical bikes to the CA/CD160, CB 160, and CL160 (they SHARE many parts)...It might help you out...You can ALMOST determine how to assemble just from the exploded diagrams....... For instance, the CA 175 frame is virtually the same as the CA 160 frame.... I can scan and send individual pages to you as attachments to e-mails if you desire..... My e-mail is [email protected]
