While working on my exhaust I broke the bolts that hold the heat shield on the right side one is broke flush with the prechamber the other one is broke slightly above the prechamber. I have sprayed them with JB Blaster tried to get a grip with vise grips , even tried heating the prechamber and tried to drill one out and broke screws extractor off on stud. Any suggestions?

The screws have rusted into the threads of the prechamber. Screw extractors will not work. I think you're pretty much left with drilling them out and re-tapping the threads. You can try the PB Blaster soaking it down 5-6 times daily for a week or so and maybe the one you can grab will break loose.
