For those of you that missed the show, it was pretty darn good and I'm not saying that because my 500T took first place in it's class either
Aside from an incredible array of Triumph's, BSA's, Norton's, Ariel's, Vincent's, Laverda's, Parilla, Zundapp, etc., there was an impressive lineup of Japanese bikes including some very nice early twins.
The judges spent quite a while going back and forth over Don Slicker's 500T, (Which was looking pretty good too!) and his CL350, and a few other bikes where pretty closely scrutinized, so I honestly didn't expect to place. I was quite surprised to hear my name.
