I've been searching the site for info on adjusting the front disc brakes on a CB400T, and haven't found anything...

The pads rub a little and I would like to adjust them out a smidge, but haven't found anything telling me how to do this, not in the Clymer manual, the Honda Shop Manual, or the forums. I'm also not seeing any adjusting bolt anywhere obvious.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks,
BaileyMan

That would be because they are self-adjusting....... If your pads "touch" too "heavily" after release, the usual culprit is a dirt or corrosion film (rust-ring) on the piston that prevents complete withdrawal.... Clean the exposed piston areas, and lube the bolt "pins" the caliper moves on......

self adjusting...that would explain it...

I'll get in there and do a little cleaning and lubing.
