After powder coating, lacing and painting brake hubs.

Was there plenty of space for the spoke nipples to come through the rim spoke holes? No narrowing of the hole size? Also, must you be pretty cautious when spooning on the tires? Any chance of chipping the powder coat?

I had plenty of space for my spoke nipples. The powder coater I used has 50 years experience with coatings and is very good. I was VERY cautious when spooning the tire! I was terrified I would scratch or chip my powder coat but didn't. I watched several videos and used LOTS of soap. I was almost able to get the tire on without using any tools but did use a dull flat head screw driver to help the last little bit.
