Hello,

New to this forum. I'm rebuilding a '73 CB350 and have a couple of questions about rear wheel install. There are two wheel spacers that are two different sizes (same diameter, different lengths), can someone please confirm that the smaller spacer goes on the right side of the wheel and the larger spacer goes on the left side and inserts inside the rim. Also, the wheel binds up when the I tighten the castle nut. I've attached a couple of pics of the rear wheel and the progress on the build.

Thanks!

From the seal tracking (clean circumferential lines) you have showing on the spacer now on the right, I would say you have the spacers swapped.....

Did you replace the wheel bearings?.... Often, the distance collar (part #9 in the drawing) is lost with the original bearing......Without this spacer, the bearings bind on the axle...... I hope you have not yet disposed of the old bearing.........

Are the washer and snap-ring properly retaining the sprocket to the hub?
