Ray -

The bike had 150's when i got it, ran slobberin' rich. I went to 135 after the rebuild, it still looks a little rich to me, so I wnat to go back to "Stock" 130's..........

It's a standard slotted screw-in jet, looks like this.. may even be the same physical size as a DOHC Four or something????

If spiderman cant find them maybe brand new is your next option. http://www.cmsnl.com has them for 4euro each part #991142921300.
We do have Sudco here in the States that has brand new KeiHin jet screws, I go there sometimes to pick up parts or whole racks of carbs I was lucky enough to sell.

I think I have been looking for the same ones! They are super hard to find all by themselves! I found #130's in the Keyster Carb Rebuild Kits. Also there is a set of jets on SCI, but you would have to drop $40 something for all 10 or so. If anyone finds a place to get THESE jets individually that would be cool.

Looks like these are not in Sudco catalog

have you given a thought to soldering up the old jets and re-drilling?
1.30mm = 0.05117, a number 55 drill bit is .052..... you could play with the sizes if you're want to re-jet, solder is cheaper than a handful of brass, find the size that runs best and then buy that size if you have any doubts about the soldered jets

Bill you know I'd help you out as I probably have a set lying around, but I'm kinda holding on to them in case I need to get the bike fired up and running initially after the rebuild, with the stock carbs. With the 2-1 pipe I may end up needing them?

Sorry I can't be of more help to you.

Check this guy maybe? http://albany.craigslist.org/mcy/1192569209.html A nice polite email explaining your problem might go a long way??

If your bike runs ok now, it will run the same after you put on those Hookers (you swine).
I remember very well that I made no changes at all to either of my K2's when I went to Hookers.

No wait - what I meant to say was that you'll never get it to run right with those pipes.
You need to send them to me, and I'll pay the postage...

OK??????

Did you see my edit on that last post?

I'm just not sure about it all Bill. I'll be trying to get ot running after the rebuild with the Mikunis and the Hooker pipe, and then switch to electronic ignition. I hope the stock points will work with the Dyna coils to do my jetting work. :? I'm just worried that I may have to fall back on those carbs for troubleshooting, you know?? Hopefully when Terry does my top end work he can give me some good info on the proper (or close) jetting needed for the overbore.

The pipe stays with me. Unless something REALLY SUPER DUPER DRASTIC happens in the meantime.. :?

That bike is a K6 or K7 - it will have 145 or 150 main jets, most likely........

Ok. I figured it might be worth a quick email, seeing as it's a hodge podge of parts. Different tanks, 500T pipes, etc. He mentioned that he has a lot of 450 stuff though. I thought it might be worth a try.

Thanks - right now I have none, just the 135's.
I gave everything else away to board members, mainly.

Well I lied to you Bill. Of the no less than 6 pairs of jets I have nothing smaller than a 140 either. I'll have a peek at the wreckers next time I'm there.
