We don't seem to have any 400/450T (the Hawk types) guys here (yet), but I'll post this anyway.
I have a nearly complete '79 400T2 I'd like to part out, including the complete engine (less than 3,000 miles), and nearly everything else except the wheels and forks (used on my 450 project), and the carb manifolds (gave them to Woody for his 350 carb swap).
Aslo the frame itself, no title.
Exhaust system is in the landfill, it was shot.

Hay Bill,
I Just found the new .com sight. Had to find this one because there was nothing about the Hawks on that one yet.

I could be ineterested in some parts if they are still available. Not sure if the shipping would make it cost effective though.

I just purchased a 78 CB400TII for $20.00 with no title. No exhaust. No keys. No gear shift. No chain. Trashed out seat. (Really, that about covers it) The engine seems to be the one they was installing as a replacement. (different vin)

Anyway, since I haven't found out what it takes to get a Colorado title, I am reluctant to spend much.

I expect an ingnition switch with key could be worth the shipping +.
Second, Gear shift.
3-Chain.
4-Seat.

A curious shopper.

.

I have the switch, but there's no key.
I have the shift lever.
I have the seat, it would cost a lot to ship, as it's huge. It's useable, but shows its age.

The chain is gone, but it's just regular ol' 530 chain, you can get it anywhere.
