I've been meaning to post this for some time now, but had a hard time coming up with a photo (no 350's around).
This photo is a Member's bike (Novafrk)..........

Anyway there is an undocumented bolt on a CB/CL350 head cover, just to the right of the point cover - would be #14 on the fiche.
A 6mm bolt with a 10mm head.
Remove this bolt while the engine runs, and you can check for top end oiling.
Oil should come out of that hole - if not you have a problem.

Wow, my CB350 is still on the lift from tinkering with it last night. I think I will try that tonight.
