The fork tubes are up way too far. The current placement will mean the the fork sliders are going to top out against the lower triple on hard bumps which in effect locks the suspension. There's only @3/4" to 1" that they can be slid up w/o that happening.
I have a few of this model.
Front rim is 18 X 1.85 and comes with a 100/90/18 tire (can go up to a 110/90/18 max)
Rear rim is 16 X 2.50 and comes with a 120/90/16 tire (can go up to a 130/90/16 max)
Your tires look to be much wider than the max.
Covering the cut-off ends of the frame in the back by the shocks would look good too. What happened to the centerstand? It looks like the foot on the right side somehow got mangled. I like the look of the older 450 tank on the bike
