Hello friends. I need that 6 volt regulator/rectifier unit for my 1980 CM200T. I've been trying to find one for a loooong time. Where the heck can I get one and are there suitable alternatives?? Please help someone. Thanks!!!!

Oh wow thanks ninadm. That might just work. The wires are the same color but at a different order coming out of the regulator body. Hopefully I can just rearrange the pins at the connector to match the original right? I asked the seller but he doesn't know...

Yes, the order in which they come out of the housing does not matter - its just the way they packaged the part. They usually match the wire colors to the stock harness so you don't have to guess which wire does what. It looks like you should be good to go

Woo! The regulator/rectifier works. She's now charging at a beautiful 7.5V with a new Yuasa battery. Thanks guys!

Feels a bit odd when you say charging at 7.5 volts. For a second a I thought that was too low since our bikes are 12v lol. Good to know you got it working

hello I am considering buying one of those regulators as well. I am wondering if it came with a wiring diagram, since the wire colors are different, and it doesn't come with connectors.
