Greetings,

I have a 1978 cb125s and I am attempting to fix the front disc brake. I am specifically looking for part# 45320-397-720 or 45320-324-700. All the parts places I have contacted online no longer have these parts available. I would be interested in buying the parts I need if anyone has them. Also, if there are any suggestions for replacing the current brake mechanism instead of locating the parts I would appreciate that as well. I will try to get some pics up here asap as well to clarify. Thanks

Ryan

I apologize for posting about a single cylinder in the "Twins" forum, it didn't dawn on me when I was signing up. So feel free to disregard this post but any help would be appreciated. Here are some pics, I'm hoping maybe some other Honda models used the same brake setup.

No apologies are necessary, Ryan. Just giving you a 'heads up' that you may not get a lot of responses.

Thanks for the info, I got ahold of a hydraulic disc brake from a buddy of mine and started to take a look at swapping, but in the mean time I found a used assembly from a 74 cb125 on Ebay and grabbed it. It's all hooked up and other than the cable looking a bit off (too long and different color) it works great.

Good for you! I gave up looking and went for the hydraulic, but it is great that you were able to score the original...
