A couple questions is the twin a K4 bike? I see 4 and think 4 cylinder so not really sure this is the right part (fork seals) for my sons 1972 Honda CB350 Twin?

Yes that is the correct part. K4 refers to the 1972 version of the 350 twin, not the number of cylinders.
