Need a little help. Refurbished a 1969 CB 175 Did not do an engine rebuild as it only has about 1300 miles on it. Had issues getting it running properly. Replaced points with Electronic Ignition from Charlies Place, Replaced Rectifier with Rec/Reg from Charlies place. New Coil. New Plugs. Rebuilt Carbs. Adjusted timing. New Battery. Have carbs set up to specs in Manual (Idle mix screw about 1 1/4 out)
Can't get it to run on both cylinders. It seems to only want to run on one. Switching plugs out gets it to run on the other cylinder however the plugs are all new and either will spark when tested. I'm baffled.
Anyone have any ideas?

Splurge and get some more new plugs....
Externally sparking does not necessarily mean it will spark under compression....
Phone for extended explanation if this does not cure the problem.....************
