Working on a my Honda wiring and got a little confused about the stator wiring. Also using a M-unit
Stator Wires (shown in pic):
Yellow
White
Pink
Green/red stripe

Also noticed a shorter yellow wire that was mounted to the inside of the of crank case.

Sparcks Wires (as listed on their site):
Yellow - AC from alternator
Pink - AC from alternator
Green - Ground
Red - Battery positive terminal
Black - Voltage sensing. +12V when ignition switch on. (aux on M-unit)

So i know pink and pink, and yellow and yellow go together, and that the Green/Red Stripe from stator goes to the neutral light... (but that wire will be pinched off since i don't have stock controls and don't have a neutral light)

Main question is where do the white and the shorter yellow wire go from the stator? Are these all power and can be combined with the yellow already going to the reg/rect.??

Thanks all! Any help is very much appreciated.
Cheers. s-l1600.jpg

The "shorter yellow wire" is actually the neutral switch green/red stripe, it's just been color-altered by fuel, grease, etc.....
Connect the white wire to the same AC terminal as the real yellow wire.......
