I am restoring 1967 S90 and when fuel valve is mounted to fuel tank the overall length appears to be too long and will rub against outside painted diameter of air cleaner. The fuel valve is Honda and fits tank perfectly. The air cleaner has fixed mount locations so there is no play or ability to move / shift. The carb and connection to motor appear to correct. Has anyone had a similar experience or know what might be going on? Thank you.
